GALLERY: 50,000 fans cheer for the Lions

It was quite a tight squeeze in Kaisaniemi Park to welcome home the new ice hockey World Champions.


An estimated 50,000 people showed up at Helsinki’s Kaisaniemi Park on Monday evening to welcome home the victorious men’s national ice hockey team, fresh off the plane from winning the World Championships.
