Norwich City is throwing a ‘Pukki Party’ in Helsinki, and we’re all invited

The party starts after Finland takes on Lichtenstein with the chance to qualify for their first ever international tournament Euro2020.

Torilla tavataan?

The Finnish men’s national football team Huuhkajat are facing the biggest game of their career later in November.

They’ll take on Lichtenstein on 15th November at Helsinki’s Telia 5G arena, and a win will secure their place in the Euro2020 competition next year, the first time Finland will have ever qualified for a major international tournament.

To say expectations are high is an understatement, and the team will be looking to one of their star players Teemu Pukki to put the ball in the back of the Lichtenstein net as many times as possible.

Pukki’s English Premier League team Norwich City wants to give fans something extra to cheer about after the game.

They’ll be hosting an official ‘Pukki Party’ in the Finnish capital to (hopefully) celebrate an historic victory.

“Get ready for a fun night of drinks, dancing, and #PukkiParty madness!” the club writes on their official Facebook page.

The party takes place at Helsinki’s Apollo Live Club on Mannerheimintie from 22:00 until the wee small hours of 04:30 the next morning.

Tickets cost €12 on the door, or €10 with a match ticket. VIP tickets cost €35 per person and include entry through a special queue, and a free drink.

So far Pukki has scored seven goals in Euro qualifying games, and six goals with the Canaries in Norwich.
