STT Finnish News Agency reports that two people with foreign backgrounds have been stabbed outside parliament. They have already been taken to an ambulance for treatment. According to Jukka Savola, head of security at Eduskunta, he doesn’t think any passersby were threatened, and there was no warning before the stabbings.
